These special edition studs have a yield strength of over 160,000 psi.
Standard CR cylinder head bolts are only 10.9 grade (136,000 psi).

This kit is designed to prevent cylinder head lift in high pressure (boost) applications.
Itis an upgrade partfor 1.6 & 2.0 TDI Common Rail engines.

It can also be installed without removing the header ( replacing one at a time),
a special thin socket wrench is required for this. You can also order this socket in the option above.
