Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns. Merchandise received from the carrier may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided that the merchandise is (a) unused, (b) in original condition, (c) accompanied by all original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and accessories, and (d) not damaged, altered, or otherwise modified.
Inspection Upon Delivery. The customer is required to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery in the presence of the carrier. Merchandise suspected of being damaged in transit must not be accepted. In such cases, the customer must require the carrier to prepare a written damage report, and the merchandise must be immediately returned to the carrier without acceptance of delivery.
Return Authorization. Prior to returning any merchandise, the customer must notify [email protected] via email and obtain written authorization for the return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Inspection and Processing. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, the seller will conduct a detailed inspection to verify compliance with the conditions stated herein. If eligible for exchange, replacement merchandise will be shipped on the same business day. If a refund is requested, such refund will be processed within three (3) business days following verification.
Method of Refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For payments made by credit card, refunds will be credited to the same card account. For payments made by bank transfer, refunds will be remitted to the same bank account. All refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of approval.
Exchanges. For all exchange transactions, outbound shipping charges for replacement merchandise shall be borne solely by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting Customer Service and submitting a cancellation request. If the order has not been tendered to the carrier at the time of cancellation, it will be voided, and any payment received will be refunded to the original form of payment. Orders already dispatched to the carrier are not eligible for cancellation under this section and must instead be processed in accordance with the Return Policy above.
