Compressor:

• All Gcompressor wheels areCFD design.
• Forged and milled from special, high-strength aluminum alloys.
• New G Series compressor wheels:
• GTX Gen II based on compressor wheels 15% for 60 mm wheels and 15% for 67 mm wheels b> Provides 30% more airflow.

Compressor Housing:

• Features integrated mounting for optional speed measurement sensors.
• New aerodynamically optimized high-flow compressor housings.
• Adapted to the new G series compressor wheels.
• Generation I enhanced recirculation systems are adopted inG Series.
• Significantly expands the operating range of the compressor by shifting the surge line.

Cartridge:

• All Garrett G CHRAs are equipped with a 4-port water cooling system.
• 2 links can be selected on each side.
• Significantly simplifies the installation of water pipes and hoses.
• G Seriescomes with dual ceramic ball bearings like Gen II
• New is the double piston ring seal on both sides.

Turbine:

• The new turbine wheels are made of high-performance Mar-M material.
• This material is resistant to exhaust gas temperatures up to 1050° C.
• With the same wheel dimensions, 15-20% more exhaust gas flow is achieved compared to the GTX turbocharger.

Turbine Casing:

• The exhaust shrouds are cast from a special stainless steel alloy that can withstand up to 1050° C.
• Currently turbine housings are only available with V-band flange and without wastegate.
• All other flange models and internal wastegate options will be available in the future.
