1. You may return the product you received from the courier within FOURTEEN (14) days from the delivery date, provided it remains unused, with the tag intact, undamaged, and in its original condition (including the invoice and all accessories).
2. When receiving your order from the courier, inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel. If you believe the product has been damaged during shipping, do not accept it. If the product is damaged, ask the courier representative to file a damage report and return the package without accepting delivery.
3. Before returning a product, send an email to [email protected] providing details about the return and obtain approval.
4. Once we receive the returned product(s), a thorough inspection will be conducted. If the return meets the above conditions, an exchange will be processed on the same day. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed within 3 business days.
5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be sent to the credit card; if it was made via bank transfer, the refund will be deposited into the provided bank account within 3 business days.
6. We believe that returns and exchanges are a normal part of shopping. Customer satisfaction and continuity in shopping are our top priorities.
7. The shipping cost for replacement products in exchange transactions is the responsibility of the Buyer.
