The True Evolution of GTX Turbos

The latest generation of forged and machined compressor wheels in the GTX series, offering up to 15% more flow on 60 mm wheels (compared to Gen II) and up to 30% more on 67 mm compressor wheels. Features include a high-flow compressor housing with an optional speed sensor, a turbine wheel made from Mar-M alloy (resistant up to 1050°C), a stainless steel turbine housing that withstands up to 1050°C, V-band entry and exit on exhaust housings, and individually adjustable V-band CHRA. The units also feature dual ceramic ball bearings, four water connection points, and dual piston rings in the piston segments. Both right and left rotating turbochargers are available (Standard or Reverse Rotation).

For Audi A3 8V 2.0 TFSI, VW Golf 7 R, GTI, a Garrett Drop-In 600 HP Turbo Upgrade is available under model number 898200-5001W.

G Series Upgrade Turbo Kits

These kits represent the latest generation of Garrett OEM replacement performance turbochargers.

PowerMax direct-fit performance turbocharger kits are designed to enhance engine performance while maintaining OEM direct-fit capabilities. These kits improve compressor aerodynamic flow, optimized through professional engine calibration and tuning, outperforming standard turbochargers.

POWERMAX DIRECT FIT PERFORMANCE TURBOCHARGERS:

For the 2014 - 2018 Volkswagen / Audi 2.0L TSI MK7, Stage 1 and Stage 2 Turbochargers are designed. These upgrades maximize efficiency and airflow compared to the OEM turbocharger, with Stage 1 (485 BHP) and Stage 2 (600 BHP) upgrades. They feature high-temperature, Mar-M alloy turbine wheels and twin-scroll stainless steel turbine housings rated up to 1050°C. These turbochargers are fully assembled with a calibrated electronic actuator and necessary components for direct OEM installation.

WARNING:

The maximum permitted turbocharger speed is 185krpm (Stage 1) | 165krpm (Stage 2). The risk of operating this product above the maximum turbocharger speed is borne by the user and could result in damage and premature failure. To protect the turbocharger from overspeeding, the compressor housing is machined to accommodate speed sensors 781328-0003 (including sensor and gauge) and 781328-0004 (including speed sensor). Speed sensors are sold separately.

Compressor:

• All G series compressor wheels are designed using CFD.
• Forged and machined from high-strength aluminum alloys.
• New G Series compressor wheels provide 15% more airflow on 60 mm wheels and 30% more on 67 mm wheels compared to GTX Gen II compressor wheels.
• The compressor housing features an integrated mount for optional speed measurement sensors.
• Aerodynamically optimized new high-flow compressor housings.
• Adapted for new G series compressor wheels.
• Generation I enhanced recirculation systems are adopted in the G Series.
• Shifts the surge line significantly, expanding the compressor's operating range.

Cartridge:

• All Garrett G CHRA's are equipped with a 4-port water cooling system.
• Two connection options are available on each side.
• Significantly facilitates the installation of water pipes and hoses.
• The G Series comes with dual ceramic ball bearings.
• New, dual piston ring seals on both sides.

Turbine:

• New turbine wheels are made from high-performance Mar-M material.
• This material is resistant to exhaust gas temperatures up to 1050°C.
