HG-Motorsport's HF-Series intercooler is a high-capacity upgrade part developed for Audi A4 and A5 B9 / B9.5 body code models. This intercooler, which is fully compatible with both gasoline and diesel engine options, ensures more efficient engine operation while being designed to meet performance expectations with its increased internal volume and optimized airflow.

Thanks to the large internal volume and optimized air passageways, the load on the turbocharger is reduced and the engine's throttle response is improved. This increases cooling efficiency and protects the engine in both everyday use and high-performance scenarios.

Installation

Directly applicable on models with 1.8–2.0 TFSI and TDI engines. Workshop installation is required for 2.7/3.0 TDI engines. On facelift models, the original plastic pipe on the driver's side is retained and not replaced with a silicone hose.
